If you change your mind about an order after receiving it, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for retail items.  (For our giveaway products, we only offer refunds if they are damaged upon delivery.)

We are not responsible if a customer inputs a mistaken shipping address and the item is shipped to that address, as we have followed the customer's instructions.  (Don't worry, shipping addresses can be edited within 24 hours of placing an order)

Orders can be edited or canceled within 24 hours and we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If your order is damaged upon delivery or not what you purchased, email us at support@wearyourspiritguide.com with a short description of the situation and pictures of the item.  We can either refund you fully or re-ship the correct product for free.  We ask that you refrain from using our site's contact form in this instance because it does not allow you to send attachments.

If your order has significantly exceeded established shipping times, it's possible that it may be stalled within your country's customs department (for reasons beyond our control).  We can either refund you fully or re-ship your products at no additional cost.  If you choose the latter, you'll receive two orders for the price of one!

Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.  In the unlikely chance it takes longer, first contact your credit cart company (as it may take more time to be officially posted) and then your bank (in the case of extended processing time).  Please reach out to us for any additional support.
